What Bayline does

One register for tools, gauges and machines

Tool crib

Holders, cutting tools, inserts, drills and taps, screws and consumables, with stock per bin, low-stock warnings, favourites and type-to-search.

Issue and return

Tools are issued to a machine or a person, returned or scrapped. You can see what's out and what's overdue.

Calibration

Gauges are calibrated by date or number of uses (for example every 2000 uses), with certificates.

Machines and service

Machines get service plans (due now / due soon) and fault reports.

Traceability

QR labels, photos with history and a full audit trail with undo.

Built agent-first

A documented API, MCP and agent keys let AI agents update stock from photos or voice, as proposals a human confirms.

Cloud hosted by Fonnebust or on your own server

The form

The contact form sends us your name, company, email, phone if you give one, what it is about (free talk, paid hour, project or something else), a preferred time if you give one, and your message.

We use that only to reply, to arrange the free 30-minute talk or the paid hour, and to confirm times. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or analytics.

We keep a request until we have replied and any talk or hour is done, or you ask us to delete it. To see, correct, or delete what we hold, use the contact form.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies. There is no banner, because there is nothing to accept.

No analytics, pixels, or trackers. Fonts are stored on this site. Language follows the address (/en/ for English), not a cookie.

The contact form does not set a cookie. Name, company, email, optional phone, topic, preferred time and message are sent to Netlify so we can reply.

Terms

Full-day evaluation includes a written report. Hourly work is without a report. Anything else is quoted first.

We do not store production data on this website. Delivery runs on hardware you own unless we agree otherwise.
