We'll help you discover areas and processes where agents and custom software can yield the best productivity gains with the least amount of effort and investment — often repetitive screen work, messy information flow, and knowledge that only lives on the floor.

Build it
The rare combination of IT, software and engineering experience gives us a real edge in offering on-demand R&D. We take your ideas from sketch to prototype, capture data from older equipment, and build tools that actually get used on the floor — on servers you own.
Examples of where the work can go — including a glimpse of the future.
What only one person knows gets captured where the work happens.
Integrating data streams from older equipment and machines.
Manuals and procedures operators can navigate — explained with video or voice. A later step can have operators speaking and communicating with the procedure itself. A glimpse of the future — and we can do it.
Simple onboarding for new staff with interactive maps of the organisation, live-updated if you want.
How we work
You tell us how you work today. We find where AI can help — and tell you honestly if it isn't the right tool.
We spend a day on site and deliver a written feasibility report with estimates.
A scoped trial on your data and network. If it works, we build on it.
The whole company puts it to use — that's where it pays off. It runs locally at your place, you keep the models and the notes, and we keep developing it with you.
How we work
Management needs a solid base of data to make good decisions. That is why integration starts on the floor: we capture nuance, reports and feedback from the operators, as the work happens.
That becomes a foundation for new tools and automated processes. The work worth doing first is the work already happening on the floor. That is where we start.
Compute locally, own the data. Systems that still work when the politics shift, or someone else’s server doesn’t.
Same shop-floor assistant. Cloud compute puts a vendor in the chain — processor agreements, sub-processors, sometimes a transfer basis. Local compute does not.
Transparency rules have applied in the EU since 2 August 2026. This summer the EU adopted amendments: high-risk rules now apply from 2 Dec 2027 and 2 Aug 2028. In Norway, the KI-lov goes out for a new consultation in autumn 2026, aiming for the Storting in spring 2027. Transparency fines: up to €15M or 3% of global turnover. Local compute keeps the data and the logs on machines you own.
Companies with at least 10 employees. In industry, 78% of large firms (100+ staff) use AI — but only 37% of the smallest (10–19). That gap is where we work. Shop-floor work still needs private metal — national HPC is allocated in rounds, not a workshop queue.
Cloud AI is a running bill — seats, APIs, tokens — and production data sits with the vendor. Local AI runs on hardware you control: pay for the machines once, then use them. Cloud is quicker to stand up. Local keeps cost and shop-floor context in-house.
